Dear Wilma:
On Saturday, November 4th at the Toronto Royal Winter Fair in the beef carcass class we had the reserve champion steer carcass. This is a first for us. The entry 2 steer and 1 heifer in the Royal and the heifer finished in 5th place in the heifer class and the other steer finished in sixth place in the steer class.
The only score I can give you is that the heifer and 1 steer dressed AAA and the other steer dressed AA.
I hope this helps the Wagyu breed as all 3 are out of my Wagyu bull.
