My wife Julie and I run a diversified farm. We breed our 30 registered cows to all black Wagyu genetics. We have selected our cows for strong milk production and all of our cattle have a very quiet disposition. One of the biggest advantages to breeding Wagyu has been ease of calving. Wagyu bulls are excellent heifer bulls for any breed of cows. The quality of the meat is outstanding. Wagyu truly is the quality breed.
